Access to the on-line support section of our web site and the current
manual.
Price: Free
- Silver Support
Includes all of the elements of the Standard
Support Package plus:
- 3 hours per month of phone support (during normal business hours)
- 30 e-mail customer support questions per month
- free upgrades for a year.
Price: 20% of the purchase agreement for one year of coverage
- Gold Support
Includes all of the elements of the Silver
Support Package plus:
- Unlimited phone support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
- SpinBox replacement program (next business day replacement of
faulty SpinBox parts in 24 hours for US customers only)
Price: 30% of the purchase agreement for one year of coverage
